Our Philosophy

We aim to deliver exactly what we claim, which means that we don't make claims that we can't deliver. We provide reliable, trustworthy and relevant advice on issues that we are skilled in.

Gray's Group is owned and run by Joan Nelson. We have traditional values and we believe in treating people, including staff, customers and suppliers, in the same way that we like to be treated. This may appear rather naive and old-fashioned, but that's ok with us.

Fixed Prices

We operate on fixed prices wherever practical, which means that you know exactly what it's going to cost before you agree to anything. In cases where the full cost cannot be known in advance, we will provide as accurate a price as we can and we will always obtain your consent before carrying on with any further work if extra fees will be incurred. Our customers never receive bills from us that they weren't expecting.

Informative

Our style is to inform our customers so that they can make choices based on better understanding of their options and their consequences.

Convenient

We have built our business on the premise that we come to you, at home or wherever it is convenient for you to meet us. We operate within and outside normal business hours and much of our work is conducted in customers' homes in the evening or at weekends, so that you can see us when it's convenient to you, rather than having to take time off work to visit a solicitor or bank.
